Gym
We began curling this week! Students were eager to learn in their teams. We worked on the following skills:
Grip & Release: I can consistently demonstrate correct grip and release technique with control.
Stance & Balance: I can maintain my stance throughout the activity.
Slide & Delivery: I can execute slide and delivery motions effectively with fluidity and consistency.
Understanding of Rules: I can show a clear understanding of basic curling rules and apply them effectively.
Teamwork: I can work well with teammates, and demonstrate cooperation and communication.
